        To take care of your face and neck, you can do the following:
        1 - Effleurage: dispense the Comforting Night Balm onto your fingers, apply it to the face and neck, and smooth from the centre of the face outwards.
        2 - Tapping: tap the fingertips rapidly on the neck, décolleté and face.
        3 - Jacquet pinching: pinch the skin very lightly between the thumb and index; focus on the wrinkles by holding the skin between the index and middle finger.
        4 - Cupping: place the palms of your hands on the skin and quickly peel them away; start with the neck by folding your hands, moving up to the jawline and then the face.
