For gentle cleaning: Apply with your fingertips, massaging gently. Remove gently and without rubbing, using a tissue or damp cotton wool. Finish with a spray of Avène Thermal Spring Water. Gently dry.

This is a leave-on lotion, so we recommend not rinsing it off with tap water, as this can often be too harsh on reactive skin. If you do want to rinse it off, make sure you simply finish off with a generous spray of Avène Thermal Spring Water to remove the limescale and chlorine found in tap water.
