HYALURONIC ACID

A biomimetic ingredient found naturally in the skin, capable of deeply moisturising and plumping the skin.

Hyaluronic acid is a molecule found naturally in the body. It has two exceptional powers: hydrating & plumping.

Depending on its molecular weight, hyaluronic acid attracts the water molecules found in the skin. It is able to retain 1,000 times its weight in water, which gives it powerful hydrating properties. Your skin is infused with water, making it intensely moisturised and feel more comfortable.
Depending on its molecular weight, hyaluronic acid also has anti-ageing properties. The dermis, located under the epidermis, is naturally composed of hyaluronic acid. The more the skin has, the more vibrant and plumper-looking it is. Unfortunately, with age, production of this molecule decreases. As an ingredient, Hyaluronic Acid combined with water is able to fill spaces between cells, which is why it is known for its anti-ageing properties.
